Chris Kleinjans is running for his first term in the Michigan State Senate.
A Navy veteran, Kleinjans has also worked blue-collar jobs as a line cook and tree trimmer. He later worked in the nonprofit sector. In 2024, he won a recall election to replace an extreme right-wing Ottawa County commissioner.
Kleinjans plans to focus on building more housing, making life more affordable, and protecting our natural resources.
