Way to Lead PAC 2026 Endorsements

Dexter McCoy is a lifelong Fort Bend County resident, public servant, and proven fighter for working families who is now running for County Judge. His early beginnings were marked by struggle, not privilege, and taught him firsthand that opportunity should never depend on where you start. That belief has shaped his entire life and career. A product of Fort Bend ISD and a graduate of Boston University, Dexter has spent his life building community and standing up for people who are too often left out. From serving as Student Body President at Boston University to working in public education, the Obama Administration, and Fort Bend ISD, Dexter has focused on expanding access, improving quality of life, and making institutions work better for the people they serve. Since being sworn into office in 2023, Dexter has delivered results, including paid parental leave for county employees, investments in mobility and parks, and expanded community partnerships. Now, Dexter is running for County Judge to continue fighting For The People and to ensure Fort Bend County works for everyone.

Dexter L. McCoy is the clear and easy choice! Daniel Wong was hand-picked by the Nehls family (which has never represented the interests of the people in Fort Bend County).
