Elizabeth DionneElizabeth Dionne

Maggie’s List has endorsed Elizabeth Dionne for Massachusetts State Treasurer. Elizabeth is running as “the taxpayers’ treasurer,” promising to restore accountability, transparency, and efficiency to a state unfortunately nicknamed “Taxachusetts.” She has a proven record of relentless reform, and she will bring that same passion and focus to the Treasurer’s office.

“The Taxpayers’ Treasurer.” A Belmont Select Board member who pledges to spend every dollar wisely, open the books, and “put the interests of taxpayers first — not political agendas.”

In Belmont, Elizabeth Dionne brought financial order as chair of the Select Board, balancing the budget according to revenue, and preserving reserve funds. Wielding legal, administrative, and constitutional expertise, as State Treasurer she will work from data to drive collaborative and effective solutions.
