Heather Holmes is a second time candidate for district 24A. She is a mom, scientist with over 20 years of research experience, former school board member, and community organizer. Heather believes rural Minnesotans deserve vibrant communities where they can live, work, and raise their families with dignity. She knows that includes access to the healthcare they need, including reproductive care, without having to drive hours to get it. She is running to ensure rural communities have a voice in St. Paul.
