Representing the northern Central Valley of the Golden State over 11 terms, Rep. Jim Costa has been a leader on the U.S.-Israel relationship. After the barbaric attacks of October 7th, Costa cosponsored and voted for legislation backing Israel and affirming its right to self-defense while condemning Hamas and its barbaric attack on the Jewish state.

Congressman Jim Costa has been a strong supporter of free enterprise and long-time champion of small businesses in the Central Valley. At a time of bitter partisan acrimony, Congressman Costa stands out as a bipartisan leader who’s willing to work across the aisle on critical issues like water security, permitting reform, and public safety.
