I'm running for TX Senate district 26 to serve the People, not corporate interests. My only opponent in this race is a corporate-funded career politician with nearly 30 years in elected office. In that time, he has failed to deliver results for our communities. We need change so lets's vote for change. Vote for Julián Villarreal, PhD for TX Senate District 26.

Dr. Julián Villarreal is the Green Party candidate for State Senator District 26. (San Antonio.) Born and raised in San Antonio, Julián is a former Green candidate having garnered over 50,000 votes in the 2020 election for State Senator District 26. A scientist by training, he is a long-time Green volunteer and local organizer. Julián is active in his local community as an advocate for clean energy, environmental justice, and affordability for San Antonio's working class communities. He has served on a number of City of San Antonio community advisory boards. Julián is running for State Senator for the second time in order to provide voters with a real choice. In a two-way race against the incumbent, Julián is offering something more than the same old status quo. He is putting issues at the forefront that voters rarely see in a race like this, such as how to tackle the worsening climate crisis and environmental pollution, how to deal with rising cost of living, and how to protect our communities from draconian immigration enforcement.
