Mark PinsleyMark Pinsley

Bernie Sanders endorsed. State/local progressive candidate.

I think both Pinsley and Merkl-Gump are great candidates, however I do think Pinsley's experience does put him in the lead for me. Pinsley also has a long list of goals on his site, including oversight of AI and data centers in PA (many of us agree that is important to rein in now). Both are dedicated to making an impact on the affordability and housing crises and improving our public schools.

Mark will work to raise clean energy standards and build renewables, battery storage, and grid upgrades with apprenticeship-backed trades jobs.

Mark will make sure polluters don’t leave communities holding the bill for their contamination.

Mark supports a moratorium on data centers to give the State Legislature time to pass laws requiring data centers to pay for grid upgrades.
