Melissa Perron is a Democrat running for her first term as representative for House District 107.
A graduate of Rudyard High School and Bay Mills Community College, Perron learned at a young age the value of hard work, personal responsibility, and neighbors helping neighbors. She is a member of the Sault Tribe and lives in Sault Ste. Marie.
As a mother of five, she knows firsthand the challenges of trying to afford child care.
