Re-elect Councilmember Nikki Perez to keep Burbank on the right track for progress. Councilmember Nikki Perez has served on city council since 2022, as vice mayor from 2023–2024, and mayor from 2024–2025. She became Burbank’s first Indigenous and openly LGBTQIA+ councilmember, and was the city’s youngest mayor in history. Councilmember Perez has fought for renters, secured millions of dollars for homeless services, expanded support for local nonprofits, protected immigrant families, invested in emergency response teams, and worked to preserve local entertainment jobs.

With your third vote, you should vote for Nikki Perez. Though Nikki is not a socialist, she has been a staunch and steady progressive on the council since being elected in 2022. She has voiced outspoken support for tenant protections including a strong rent cap, removing Flock and other ALPR mass surveillance from Burbank, and pushing back against the disturbing ICE presence and actions across the city. As an incumbent, she’s a favorite to win re-election, and is supported by the LA County Democratic Party, the Working Families Party, Konstantine Anthony, UH11, and various other local unions.
