Sen. Noel Frame is running for re-election in the 36th Legislative District after building a strong record of progressive leadership during her first term in the Senate. First elected to the House of Representatives in 2016, she previously served as the Washington State Director of Progressive Majority, where she worked to recruit and elect progressive candidates from underrepresented communities. Throughout her time in Olympia, she has championed working families, fought for public education funding, and worked to balance our state's upside-down tax code. Frame has been a reliable progressive voice in the Legislature. She sponsored numerous progressive bills that became law, including legislation to limit ghost guns, restrict firearms in certain public spaces, create a statewide system to locate missing Indigenous people, and expand middle housing near transit. Although it did not pass at the time, Frame also sponsored legislation to establish a wealth tax that would require the wealthiest Washingtonians to pay what they owe and contribute more to the public services we all rely on. She also supported bills to advance juvenile justice reform, expand access to childcare, and protect Washingtonians from surprise medical billing. Dubbed the "Revenue Queen," Frame was instrumental in passing the historic Millionaires Tax this session and has championed progressive revenue throughout her tenure. She also sponsored legislation to end a tax break for data centers and require clergy members to report child abuse and neglect. Noel Frame has consistently delivered results for working families and continues to be a fierce advocate for the people of the 36th Legislative District. She has earned your vote for another term in the state Senate.
