Elect Stephen Post for City Council to keep West Hollywood on the right track for progress. Stephen Post is a nonprofit advocate, community organizer, and a business program manager at the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative. He has worked at the Last Prisoner Project, served on the West Hollywood Public Safety Commission and the Columbus Area Planning Commission, and was part of the WeHo 2040 Strategic Plan team.

DSA-LA endorsed Stephen Post for West Hollywood City Council. Stephen is running openly as a democratic socialist and has real support on the progressive edge of WeHo's existing government. His background is in municipal governance, and his record in criminal justice work lines up closely with DSA's positions on policing. Post is a renter, nonprofit leader, criminal justice reform advocate, business improvement district manager for underinvested neighborhoods, and current Vice Chair of the West Hollywood Public Safety Commission. His campaign centers West Hollywood as a strategic opportunity for DSA to contest policing, surveillance, housing, and affordability policy in a city whose progressive reputation has not always matched its governing record.
