Wendell JonesWendell Jones

Wendell Jones has represented district 25 since 2022.

This session Rep. Wendell Jones filed 35 real bills as primary sponsor. Medicaid expansion, veteran mental health crisis response and housing stability, a data center ratepayer protection act, EBT fraud reimbursement for SNAP theft victims, and two bills closing a homicide statute-of-limitations loophole, but every single one died in committee. Zero passed.

But buried in that list is a bill that that would have worked on fixing that. It would guarantee every member's legislation actually gets a floor vote instead of quietly dying.
