California Supreme Court Kelli Evans' seat

She's very pro diversity and understand the importance of equity and equality https://newsroom.courts.ca.gov/news/justice-kelli-evans-and-justice-stacy-boulware-eurie-share-perspectives-diversity-courts

Retention votes are a check on misconduct or incompetence, not a referendum on individual rulings. Keeping that bar high keeps judges from ruling with the next election in mind.

I am aware of enough California Supreme Court decisions and Justice Evans' votes to recommend that she be retained.

We don't want judges to make decisions based on what voters want. We want them to follow the rule of law. Unless there's something glaringly bad about a judge (ex: criminal offense, sexual misconduct, etc.) I vote to retain seated judges

first LGBTQ+ woman and LGBTQ+ woman of color on the Supreme Court bench

Seems legit & badass.

Previous advisor to Gavin Newsom. Just say no to judges appointed as political favors.

Strong defense-oriented background and opinions that narrowed prosecutorial tools and supported broader resentencing.
