THIS IS A TAX INCREASE
The issuance of up to $56,265,000 in total principal amount of bonds for waterworks systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm water sewer system, and solid waste disposal system, as well as all expenses in any manner incidental thereto, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
