Question 7: Limit on Required Lot Size for Single-Family Homes Initiative

My concern here is the overriding of local zoning. I think people on the grounds in the communities should have a larger say as to impacts of these projects. I would forgive it more if it had an affordability requirement, but it doesn’t.
