Proposition E: City Charter Amendment

Shall Section 7.1 of the Charter of the City of Taylor be amended to provide that every City Councilmember, including the Mayor, has the same power and authority as every other Councilmember except where the Mayor is given explicit duties elsewhere in the Charter; that every Councilmember has the right to place any item on the City Council agenda; that an agenda item requested by a Councilmember must be added to the agenda and may not be refused by the City Manager or the Mayor; and that the City Manager and the Mayor have the authority to determine the order of the agenda?
