Question 5: Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal & Increase)

A renewal of 1.5 mills and an increase of 0.5 mill for each $1 taxable value, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $23,005,505 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $50 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
