I’m a Birmingham-based creative and community storyteller. I believe people feel more confident voting when they have space to ask questions, understand what’s on their ballot. I’d like to host a ballot party to bring community together, talk through the choices that affect Alabama, and help everyone make their own informed decision.

The Room Where It Happens brings Birmingham young adults together to understand what’s on our ballots and how decisions made in government show up in everyday life. We’ll talk through local races and ballot measures, share reliable information, ask honest questions, and give everyone space to make their own choices.
