Arshia Papari is the Green Party candidate for State Representative District 49. (Austin.) Arshia Papari is running to be the next State Representative in Central Austin's HD49, to bring a fighting spirit and backbone the Texas legislature! Its time for real progress for all Texans, to stand against corruption and exploitation in Texas. Arshia is running with the Green Party to break the status quo of our current political system. For too long we have been subjected to the politics of corruption, hate, and harm to our communities. As a Green Party Candidate and the youngest ever Co-Chair of the Green Party of the US, Arshia stands firmly for a future rooted in grassroots power putting People, Planet, and Peace first! Arshia is the youngest candidate for a state-level office in Texas. He is an avid youth leader and student at the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time he loves to dance the waltz and two-step, previously competing as a ballroom dancer.
