Messina is a tech entrepreneur and the 2022 runner-up, running again as the sole serious GOP-aligned candidate in this forced-NPA field. Unofficially, he’s one of the two names still standing. Christian 38 rests on public faith in Jesus Christ and a calling to serve: children’s ministry and Shine Special Needs Ministry; a child at an Orange County Christian school where he coaches football; sanctity of life from conception to natural death; support for crisis pregnancy centers; opposition to targeted abortion of babies diagnosed with disabilities; and work with faith leaders. That’s a Jesus-named county-executive campaign, not a generic “values” sticker.
Constitution 32 rests on free-enterprise county management, property-tax and growth discipline, and a documented anti-mandate record: opposed forced masking, mandatory medical procedures, and church / school / playground closures.
