Delegate Jeffries serves as the Chairman of the House Health Care Regulation Committee and the Vice Chair of the Banking and Insurance Committee. In 2021, he was one of the cosponsors for HB 2013 creating the Hope Scholarship. With the adoption of this law, our state now stands as a model for the entire nation when it comes to innovation and the future of K-12 education. Delegate Jeffries has played a key role in shaping some of the most transformative policies our state has seen and will continue to be a principled champion in the legislature.
