Israel Baeza is a dedicated conservative Republican running for Missouri State Representative to succeed term-limited Rep. Brad Pollitt. He will appear on the Republican primary ballot on August 4, 2026.

With deep roots in rural Missouri, Baeza believes the state’s heart lies in its families, farmers, small businesses, and communities. As Eastern Commissioner of Pettis County, he has supported agriculture, improved local infrastructure without raising taxes, reduced government waste, and protected residents from overreach and excessive regulations.

He is committed to core conservative principles: fiscal responsibility, smaller government, defending Constitutional freedoms, protecting the sanctity of life, and reducing crime. Baeza focuses on empowering working families through hard work, personal responsibility, and independence rather than dependence on government.

Baeza is the proud husband of Perla and father of two young children. The family is active in the Hispanic Baptist Church of Sedalia. He also serves on the boards of the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce, Sedalia-Pettis County Economic Development, and the University of Missouri Extension Council.
