“Over the last three decades, I have demonstrated through my active engagement in the community my deep compassion for those who have been marginalized or who need a helping hand.
During my 2018 congressional campaign, I learned about the political issues and challenges facing the LGBTQ community and made clear my willingness to advocate on its behalf. I was endorsed by former Doraville City Councilwoman Stephe Koonz, who was one of my mentors and advisors on issues affecting the community. If elected to the Georgia Senate, I will continue my advocacy on behalf of the LGBTQ community.”
