Delegate Tresa Howell began her political journey as a grassroots activist. She is a champion for common-sense policies like empowering parents to find the right education for their child’s unique needs through school choice, across the board income tax cuts that allow families to keep more of what they earn and cutting needless red tape that stands in the way of the average person thriving.
