Delegate Leavitt serves on several key committees in the House of Delegates. He has been a champion in the legislature for school choice, cutting red-tape, and lowering taxes. With over a decade spent uncovering waste, fraud, abuse, and cronyism, he is known for his exceptional understanding of the federal whistleblower protection process. This wealth of knowledge has been critical in bringing more transparency and accountability to state government.
