Delegate Clark is a father, husband, and longtime AFP-WV champion on school choice. As a small business owner, Delegate Clark understands the need to remove needless red tape standing in the way of every West Virginian finding their version of the American Dream. He has consistently fought to lower taxes for every Mountaineer, ensuring families keep more of their hard-earned paychecks.
