I have chosen Carol Kazeem due to her background in health care and her focuses on mental health, gun violence prevention, and tackling issues like poverty and homelessness. I believe those are so critical for our state right now. She has also been in office for a little bit, and has been pushing to have more education equity, cracking down on drugs in our communities, getting criminal justice reform and raising the minimum wage.
