Jason Payne is a New Orleans kid who spent 22 years and three deployments in the Army. He met his wife while they were both on active duty, and still racked up five degrees along the way (including a PhD in Business Analytics that is in progress) His family, relocated to North Augusta after seeing the whole country and world with the Army, and this is where they decided to settle.
