Mike Beltran is a Republican attorney and former Florida state representative from the Tampa Bay area. A University of Pennsylvania graduate and Harvard Law School alumnus, he served Florida House District 70 from 2018 to 2024, including work on education, civil-justice, and appropriations-related committees. Beltran has also served on judicial nominating commissions appointed by Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis, and his legislative record includes measures involving veterans’ student rights, vaping restrictions, and Florida’s safe-haven program for newborns.
