He's also got specific policy plans with a Right to Repair law, raising SC's $7.25 minimum wage (just $2.13 for tipped workers) to something livable, non-violent offender rehabilitation reform, and road funding pulled from the state's reported budget surplus.

He is not running a platform of vague campaign statements. He lists out exactly what he is against and why.
