We can't even keep people arrested for lack of public counsel, they are paid so poorly.
Question 4: Permit Same-Day Voter Registration Initiative
Same-Day Voter Registration has worked out well for California, Colorado Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. We need all the voter engagement we can get, no reason not to have it here.
Question 5: Change State Tax Revenue Limit Initiative
We've been doing great with the Millionaire Tax so far, let's keep it up! We have MORE millionaires in MA than we did back in 2023 when the tax was implemented, and now we also have free school meals for children, college education available, roads and bridges are being repaired, old MBTA stops are being renovated and brought into the 20th century. This is working out really well as is, let's not mess with a good thing.

Question 9: Firearm Regulations Referendum
The existing firearms regulations have kept Massachusetts at 25-30% of the national average for gun crimes. They are working well.
