Exclude Political Spending from Artificial Persons' Charter Powers Initiative
A crucial step to ending dark money in our politics since Citizens United was enacted in 2010 and allowed corporations to spend unlimited funds on our elections. Since 2010, national political spending has gone up 2,830% and Montana political spending up 490,809%!!! This initiative, referred to as The Montana Plan, would make people own up to their political spending in MT elections and not funnel it through Super PACs.

It's so important to keep our judiciary non-partisan so that all of our citizens have access to a fair and and impartial trial. We do not want our judges beholden to party money and influence.
