Most of you know my activism through work as a Travis County VDR (Volunteer Deputy Registrar). I've been registering and educating voters since 2013, focusing my efforts on bringing more young voters (20s-30s) into the mix and engaging us over-the-hill (40s) voters. These voting blocks show up at lower rates than the 50+, and we have more at stake.
Since 2016, we've been put on a timeline that resembles the Upside-Down. And every new headline lowers the bar for what's acceptable by people in power.
If you're tired of this timeline too, help us catalyze change.
Bring your friends and neighbors, and we can build a strong voting block. Bring in teachers, healthcare workers, apartment dwellers, public school families, young adults trying to establish their careers, women of reproductive age, peri/menopausal women, queer folx, BIPOC, 1st & 1.5 gen immigrants, anyone who wants CLEAN AIR & WATER. Anyone who wants to just live their life without extreme views being shoved down their throats!
