Texas General Election
U.S. Senate - Texas

Not only is he not creepy Ken, but James Talerico has served in the Texas Legislature as one of the biggest champions of public education. He was a middle school teacher in San Antonio, and you can tell in his patient demeanor - especially when he's dealing with the most ridiculous accusations. See how he questions the author of the FURRIES Act: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUnEe5bBX2s
U.S. House Texas District 10

U.S. House Texas District 21

Kristin is a scientist and a badass woman. She ran against Chip Roy in a VERY gerrymandered district. If you live in Dripping, Wimberley, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, the west of side of I-35 for San Marcos & New Braunfels, SW Austin, and north San Antonio, you have this amazing candidate to vote for.
U.S. House Texas District 27
Tanya Lloyd is a teacher and a mom. And if you want something to get done, you recruit a teacher who's also a mom.
U.S. House Texas District 37

A little tongue in cheek as far as a reason to vote for him, but Greg Casar climbs at ABP Springdale. Just sayin'.
Texas Governor

Gina got into politics when her kids' school was under attack. She ran and won a seat on the School Board. She has fought in the Texas Legislature to end STAAR testing and unequal application of testing for private & homeschoolers. She wants to fire TEA Commissioner Mike Morath on day one as Governor.
Public school educators and public school families want and NEED Gina Hinojosa as Governor to save our schools from being dismantled. Abbott, on the other hand, has taken public tax dollars meant for schools and put it toward vouchers for private schools, trafficking immigrants, and building a wall in Big Bend.
Texas Lieutenant Governor
Vikki has served as a state house rep in Southwest Austin for years. She cares about the people. She was at our elementary school during the ice storm 2021 to distribute bottled water when all of SW Austin lost power and water for 5 days.
