On October 24, I am hosting a bash to bring together Black girls and young women across Atlanta for a celebration of civic engagement, midterm mobilization, and cultural power. Taking place at Spelman College, the Bash will create a space for attendees to connect with civic leaders, learn how to engage in civic life, and leave inspired to lead. The event will blend nonpartisan voter education and civic action with inspiring speakers, networking, music, a live DJ, food, free products and swag.

Baddies to the Ballot
dirigido por Mel De Miami · 1 votante
Baddies are an essential element of Miami’s cultural ecosystem and I want them to be highlighted as a valuable voting demographic. Youth aren’t voting- and since we can’t bring the polls to the party, we must bring a party to the polls. The political scene in Miami Dade often times feels elitist and exclusive which contradicts the idea of democracy.
