Typically my first question when we're giving money somewhere is how can we know it's going to where they say it's going to. In this case, we know because this has happened before. We voted for this bond in 2018 and by 2023 all the money was allocated. Not to mention it's bipartisan and has no one against it. More money for affordable housing is always a win in my book! https://archive.ph/p4UQq
