This constitutional amendment would change the Wisconsin governor’s partial-veto authority. A YES vote would prohibit the governor from using the partial veto to create or increase a tax or fee. A NO vote would leave the current constitutional language unchanged. This measure does not itself create, increase, or decrease any tax or fee.
