League of Women Voters of San Francisco Defend democracy with the League of Women Voters of San Francisco
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political nonprofit that empowers voters and defends democracy. For each election, LWVSF endorses San Francisco ballot measures, also called propositions. Unlike some other groups, we don't accept money from campaigns, support candidates or political parties, or hold meetings for supporters and opponents to present their views. Instead, we use our long-standing positions and thoughtful research to endorse propositions that benefit our community.
