We identify and support pragmatic Democrats running in Trump-won US House districts to build a durable majority. Rejecting political purity tests, we back authentic candidates who lead from lived experience and put constituents before party. Through data-driven due diligence, we provide candidates in center-right districts with the coaching, community, and resources needed to win. Recommendations via welcome.team
