Hi, I’m Tariq, a Palestinian-American and co-founder of A New Policy, a nonprofit lobbying organization and affiliated Political Action Committee founded in 2024. At A New Policy, we work to realign American politics with common-sense policies on Palestine and Israel that uphold our nation’s laws, values, and long-term interests.

Drawing on my deep experience working in federal policy and American politics in Washington D.C., including years of government experience in the Biden administration (where I was the first political appointee to publicly resign because of the administration’s unconditional support for Israel’s genocide against Palestinians), I am now here to provide you with expert analysis and recommendations that center on democracy, human rights for all, and improving America’s leadership and perception on the global stage. Because let’s be honest: what we have today isn’t working for anyone.
