Jessica Rosenfield is a software engineer from Boerum Hill, Brooklyn (CB2). Through Maximum New York’s Foundations of New York program, she explored how city government functions and how New Yorkers can engage with it. She was a founding engineer at Pavilion, improving how public agencies across the country handle procurement.
