We honor these rights for all users of our Services, regardless of state.

What we collect and share

When you use our Services, we use third-party technologies that qualify as “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. Specifically:

Google LLC (Google Ads): conversion measurement and ad performance optimization. Categories shared: online identifiers (cookie / device IDs) and internet activity (pages viewed, ad clicks, conversion events).
PostHog Inc.: product analytics and session replay. Categories shared: online identifiers, internet activity, and interaction events. Inputs and sensitive fields are masked before transmission.

Do not sell or share my personal information

Opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and analytics.

Your choice is stored in a browser cookie and, if you’re signed in, on your Sway account so it follows you across devices. Toggling reloads the page so our scripts can pick up the new preference.

Submit a privacy request

California residents may also request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about them. To submit a verifiable consumer request, email privacy@sway.co. We will respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA/CPRA. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
