Barrios, an attorney and former commissioner, supports greater density throughout his neighborhood and the legalization of apartments District-wide—helpful stances in 4B as the Office of Planning’s rewrite of the Comprehensive Plan continues apace. On transportation, Barrios writes, “If I’m elected I will seek to learn more about ways in which we can make [Georgia] Avenue safer for pedestrians, drivers, and customers of nearby commercial establishments.” Barrios deserves your vote.
