In Jacobson’s words: “Our ANC also has the vast majority of trips taken outside of a personal vehicle (~70%). Given all of this, we should allow for much higher density (MU-10) along Georgia Avenue. We also have a large amount of RF-1 zoned land within ANC 1E.
