Chaney and Williams are both solid on housing production and transportation, and both describe in extensive detail the need to improve road safety in 5B. Though we grant a slight edge to Chaney for preferring by-right development to negotiating a discretionary project, we believe Williams would also effectively steward GGWash’s interests.
The 5B05 race, which has three candidates, will be decided by a ranked-choice ballot. We endorse Chaney and recommend ranking Williams second. Their opponent, Feeley, did not respond to our questionnaire.
