Mike WarburtonMike Warburton

Incumbent Warburton’s “target issue,” he says, “is the stiflingly high rent, both commercial and residential, that keeps our storefronts empty and our residents over-burdened. …I would continue to use every opportunity to advocate for density, Inclusionary Zoning (IZ), and other mechanisms to keep rents low.” Warburton used his first term to learn the ropes and he’s ready to do even more the second time around. “With 4C back in financial compliance and with a firm sense of the ANC role…Let’s build a community, not just houses.” Warburton deserves your vote.
