Arkansas General Election
Arkansas State Senate - District 16

Joshua Irby
I’m Joshua Irby—a first-generation Arkansan raised in Little Rock and Ferndale, and a proud resident of Saline County and Bryant since 2022. For the past 16 years, I have worked in corporate security and intelligence, working my way up from the ground level to now leading an intelligence team responsible for assessing risks to people and assets around the world. That experience has taught me the importance of sound judgment, preparedness, accountability, and making decisions based on facts. I’m running to represent District 16 in the Arkansas Senate with a vision rooted in unity, civic responsibility, and community-first leadership. As a civic nationalist and centrist, I believe a strong society is built not on partisan divides, but on the shared values and active participation of its citizens. Regardless of our backgrounds or political affiliations, we all share rights—and responsibilities. That is what builds strong, resilient, and respectful communities.
Arkansas House of Representatives - District 81

Gina Thomas-Littlejohn
My husband Kenneth and I have lived in Alexander, AR for 20 years. We have been married for 26 years and have been small business owners for over 5 years. I have served on Alexander City Council for 2 years and I still help the city of Alexander as much as I can. When I was on city council I would help the city save money instead of trying to spend it all. If I am elected, I will serve my district as much as I can and not only that you will see me at some of the city council meetings to know what is going on in the cities. I will also work hard on better and affordable healthcare for everyone, helping the Veterans, better education for all students, affordable childcare and also better infrastructure for all cities in our district.
Saline County Constable - District 1
Steven Akins
Steven has been a proud resident of this community since 2009. Over the years, this town has become more than a place he lives; it’s the foundation of his family, his friendships, and his future. Raising two children here has given him a deep appreciation for the importance of safety, opportunity, and stability. He wants to ensure that the next generation grows up in a community that supports them, protects them, and gives them every chance to thrive. He believes small businesses are the heartbeat of a healthy community, and he hopes to use his experience to support economic growth and strengthen the local marketplace. His entrepreneurial background gives him a unique perspective on what families, workers, and local owners truly need. Most of all, Steven wants to bring people together. He envisions new programs for youth, more support for families, and initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods. His heart is with the people who live here, and he is ready to put in the work to make this town even better.
Saline County Justice of the Peace - District 4
Christian Bearden
My name is Christian Bearden. I’m a 31 year old husband and father who is running to be your next Justice of the peace in district 4. Don’t think of me as a Democrat. Think of me as your neighbor and friend who wants better for all of us. This county is my home, I’ve been here since I was 12 years old and I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly of Saline county. I’m a delivery driver and it’s safe to say I’ve been to every inch of this county so I see areas that need improvement. I hope to earn your vote in November!

Saline County Justice of the Peace - District 9
Andrea Hillis
I am deeply committed to community-focused leadership and advocacy in Saline County. I always approach everything with a heart of service, prioritizing the voices of all residents and ensuring their concerns and aspirations are truly heard and represented. I believe defending First Amendment rights is essential to maintaining a democratic society, where free speech and expression are valued and protected for everyone. My dedication to affordability striving for every member of our community can thrive without financial strain. Prioritizing the creation of Saline County Animal Services in the coming year, it is long overdue, and it is time we move forward with a true plan. I will also focus on financial common sense and accountability, making sure our resources are managed wisely to foster trust and transparency within our community. Together, these pillars guide my approach to leadership as I strive to uplift and empower every resident of Saline County.
