Virginia General Election
U.S. Senate - Virginia

Mark Warner
U.S. House Virginia District 2
J. Matt Baker
Marriage Amendment
Vote Yes
Voting yes eliminates the 2006 constitutions provision in VA, which defines marriage strictly as a union between one man and one woman, opening the establishment of the fundamental right to marry, regardless of race, gender, or sex. Love is love.
Reproductive Freedom Amendment
Vote Yes
A vote for yes approves adding a fundamental right to reproductive freedoms to the state constitution, enshrining the rights to IVF, birth control, and abortion access in Virginia.
Right to Vote Amendment
Vote Yes
Yes changes the state constitution to make voting an explicit fundamental right, automatically restoring voting rights to individuals upon their release from prison, and updating the court criteria for mental capacity. Oftentimes, a lifetime ban on voting hurts community reintegration.
