This sleazebag lost his 2022 election in Hillsborough county, but then got appointed to the appeals court by his buddy, DeSantis. Judge Smith made headlines for denying an abortion to a teen for bad grades. His wife campaigned for him at their crazy church in 2022 and urged supporters to fast to bring him to victory. Nut job!
