JoAnn Fleming, Executive Director: “As a leader in the conservative movement for over three decades, I am delighted to strongly endorse Jace Yarbrough for Texas Congressional District 32.”
“While President Trump is in office, Congressional Republicans should go as far as possible to protect us from our enemies – both foreign and domestic. They should codify into law Trump’s Executive Orders to make sure they are not easily overturned in a post-Trump America! This is why we strongly support Jace Yarbrough. Jace is a smart, hardworking, results-driven, deeply principled man with a strong moral compass.
Jace is ready on Day One to tackle the Citizen-First issues most important to Texans – cleaning up the illegal invasion of our open border, protecting our US Constitution from Sharia and other foreign political ideologies, ending and prosecuting rampant waste and fraud as seen in Minnesota and California, securing elections, removing barriers to the American Dream for young adults and entrepreneurs, and making affordable, patient-first health care a reality for all citizens.
With Jace Yarbrough, we have an accomplished, servant leader – a true America First champion who will stand with President Trump against our enemies, both foreign and domestic.”
Texas Public Accounts Comptroller

Donald Huffines
It’s Time to Make LIMITED Government Great Again in Texas! A limited-government Comptroller who hates corruption, has a record of rooting it out, and has sent thieves to jail is exactly what Texas needs. Don Huffines has done that.
The PROBLEM: “Limited government, spending less, producing measurable results for taxpayers” are phrases that have disappeared from the lips of 99% of TX Republican elected officials.
The 89th Legislative Session continued the unhealthy pattern of wild spending to fund government growth and corporate welfare instead of sending the surplus back to Texans.
Out of a $52 Billion Surplus, the legislature granted a measly $6.6 Billion in tax relief. This surplus comes from oil and natural gas production tax revenues that exceed a baseline set in 1987, plus unencumbered (not earmarked) General Revenue. It is called the Rainy Day Fund or Economic Stabilization Fund (ESF).
According to Texas Policy Research (and state budget documents), state spending has grown 27.4% in the last four years. The 2026–27 budget is the largest in state history – reaching $338.5 billion. Regulatory spending alone increased 800%!
The Governors of Arkansas and Florida keep limited government at the policy and legislative forefront. We don’t hear or see any of that in Texas. It’s just the opposite.
The SOLUTION: Turned loose to “DOGE” Texas government, Huffines can and will set a course-correcting standard. Many of us believe that with a Texas budget that dwarfs fraud-riddled Minnesota’s, there’s plenty of fraud and waste to find!
Huffines will put a bright spotlight on the creative bookkeeping and accounting gimmicks that keep state spending murky. He’s got the knowhow and the guts to push Texas toward responsible spending.
Don is uniquely qualified for the office of Comptroller. He doesn’t need the job and he’s pledged not to take a salary or retirement benefits. In fact, it will cost Don millions in personal earnings to take on this mission, but his honed and proven free market executive management skills, business success, and decades of focus on over-taxation issues are desperately needed in Texas.
Don Huffines loves Texas so much that he’s stepped up to Make Limited Government Great Again in Texas. We can’t wait to see him do it.
Texas Agriculture Commissioner

Nate Sheets
Texas needs a bold reset to restore local food independence, clean up school nutrition, crack down on deceptive labeling, foreign food infiltration, strengthen border biosecurity, and rebuild a Texas-first food supply chain with independent farmers, ranchers and seed-growers. This reset will take a true citizen-first leader – Nate Sheets.
Texas farmers are being pushed to the edge and they feel abandoned! America lost 142,000 farms between 2017-2022. During that same period, Texas lost 17,754 farms and is on course to lose an average of 68 farms per week! Since 1997, Texas lost 3.7 million acres of working lands —much of it snapped up by foreign buyers, including adversarial nations like China. That’s not just bad policy. It is a national security threat not erased by the law passed this year prohibiting future land purchases by hostile nations.
Our agriculture system is threatened at the border by invasive pests and agro-terrorism. During the recent screwworm scare, the Trump Administration’s response required cooperation. Instead of working with our partners, Sid Miller chose publicity stunts and finger-pointing—blaming the Trump Administration for his own failures.
And this fits a pattern. Sid Miller voted for in-state tuition for illegal immigrants (HB1403 – 77th Legislature, 2001). In 2017, when meeting with Mexican officials, Miller said Mexico should “have input” on Trump’s border wall. Miller’s positions acted as magnets for illegal entry and helped roadblock citizen-first solutions.
Texas deserves better.
This is why we’re supporting Nate Sheets—a principled Christian, Navy veteran, and Constitutional conservative who built the nation’s #1 branded honey company from a single backyard beehive. A pioneer in food transparency, Nate tested every batch for purity and even put his personal cell number on every bottle.
Nate’s plan—Make Agriculture Healthy Again—is the bold reset Texas needs to restore food quality and independence and rebuild a reliable Texas-first food supply chain with independent farmers, ranchers, and seed-growers.
Texas can and should lead this troubled nation. Let’s Make Agriculture Healthy Again! Support citizen-first Nate Sheets for Texas Agriculture Commissioner.
Texas Criminal Appeals Court Judge - Place 3

Thomas Smith
As someone who has already spent years fighting on the front lines of the legal battles that shape our state, Thomas Smith understands what’s at stake.
His background isn’t theoretical or academic; he’s been in the arena, working inside the Attorney General’s Office for a decade and helping drive some of the most consequential legal efforts in Texas.
We look for judicial candidates who respect the Constitution and will apply the law faithfully, without bending to political pressure or activist trends. Smith has made that commitment central to his platform. He’s been clear about his belief in a restrained, conservative judicial philosophy, and his record shows he’s willing to defend it.
Smith’s experience isn’t limited to courtroom work — he’s been directly involved in shaping legislation that affects Texans’ safety and freedoms. He helped craft the law banning sanctuary cities, worked on bills targeting human trafficking, and supported protections for religious liberty. Those aren’t abstract talking points; they’re concrete contributions that reflect his priorities and his understanding of how the law impacts real people.
And when it comes to issues like election integrity, he hasn’t just talked about it — he’s taken part in the legal work surrounding it. That tells us he’s serious about upholding the rule of law in every context, including the processes that keep our representative republic functioning.
At a moment when the Court of Criminal Appeals plays a crucial role in safeguarding both public safety and constitutional rights, Texans need someone who has already demonstrated conviction, experience, and a willingness to take on tough fights. Thomas Smith’s platform makes it clear where he stands and what kind of judge he intends to be. Thomas Smith will be an asset to the Court of Criminal Appeals.
Texas Criminal Appeals Court Judge - Place 9
John Messinger
Emphasis on Enforcing Laws as Written: John Messinger strongly believes justice improves when judges apply the law strictly rather than substituting personal judgment.
He believes this is essential to restoring consistency and predictability in criminal appeals.
Current Court Delays & Commitment to Faster Case Resolution: The Court of Criminal Appeals has taken over 500 days on average to review lower‑court decisions—delays he calls unacceptable for both victims and defendants. He will push for more timely decisions.
Extensive Prosecutorial & State-Level Legal Experience: Messinger has served as General Counsel in the Office of the State Prosecuting Attorney since 2010, giving him deep experience with statewide criminal appeals. He also previously worked as a prosecutor and holds a law degree from Baylor Law School. Messinger’s long-term experience in criminal law—especially appellate-level work—makes him the right choice to continue to reform this Court.
Focus on Public Integrity & Consistency in Court Decisions: Messinger makes a compelling case that CCA opinions have “ignored or conflicted with applicable law” and that the court needs to return to consistent, predictable rulings.
Clear Law‑Enforcement Orientation: Messinger frames justice as inseparable from high quality law enforcement and believes courts need to return to law‑and‑order principles to stop the unraveling of our nation.
